What we collect
Information you give us:
Name, email address, phone number, and date of birth
Emergency contact details
Health information you provide through our screening and intake forms — including injuries, conditions, medications, and pregnancy status
Training goals, history, and progress notes
Dietary preferences, restrictions, and food allergies, if you use nutrition coaching
Information collected automatically:
Standard website analytics through our website provider, including pages visited, general location, and device type
Payment information: card details are entered directly with our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

To provide training and coaching safely and effectively
To screen for conditions that affect whether or how you should exercise
To schedule sessions and send reminders
To process payments and manage subscriptions

To meet our legal and tax obligations
We use your health information only to deliver services safely. We do not use it for marketing.

A note on health information
We are not a healthcare provider and we are not subject to HIPAA. That means your health information here is not protected by HIPAA — but we treat it as confidential regardless. It is visible only to Nichole Meyer, is never used for marketing, and is never shared outside the providers listed above.
How long we keep it
We retain client records, including intake forms and signed waivers, for [7] years after your last session. Financial records are kept as long as tax law requires. After that, records are deleted or destroyed.
Your choices
You may ask us to:
Provide a copy of the information we hold about you
Correct anything inaccurate
Delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. Transactional messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, receipts — are not marketing and will continue while you are a client.
Children
Our services and this website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Clients under 18 require a parent or guardian's written consent.
Security
We use reputable providers with industry-standard protections, and we limit access to client records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and we will notify active clients by email.
